We currently deliver within Kent and surrounding areas only. If we feel your order is too far away then we may cancel the order, however we will contact your before doing so.

Once you’ve placed your order, a member of our team will reach out to you via email or phone to arrange a delivery date that suits you best.

Depending on the item and location, we may require:

Your presence during delivery, and
Access to the property

However, if you're happy for us to leave your furniture in a safe place, just let us know during the call or via email, and we’ll make sure it's dropped off securely.

Our goal is to make delivery as smooth and flexible as possible.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your furniture. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy 30-day returns policy, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

- Within 30 days of delivery.
- Unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us via email or phone to arrange your return. We’ll guide you through the process and confirm the return address or collection method.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we can offer a refund (excluding original delivery costs).

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
